The Heart of Birmingham Teaching Primary Care Trust providing community out-patient:

- Gynaecology
- Direct Access Ultrasound Scanning
- Ophthalmology Service
- Dermatology Service (completed June 2011)
- General Medicine Service (completed June 2011)

NHS Stoke on Trent providing community out-patient:

- Gynaecology

AQP South Staffordshire – Non Obstetric Ultrasound Scanning

AQP Nottingham City – Non Obstetric Ultrasound Scanning

AQP Nottingham County – Non Obstetric Ultrasound Scanning

The Birmingham Women’s Hospital NHS Trust, Gynaecology & Obstetric Ultrasound Scanning one year contract completed July 2010

Each service is led by a Consultant who performs clinical audits of the service they are responsible for and HealthHarmonie’s Medical Services Manager performs the administration audits and provides performance data for the ‘Key Performance Indicators’ within each contract to commissioners of services.
