HealthHarmonie is the West Midlands leading provider of NHS community based healthcare. We believe that patients should be offered the choice of being seen close to their home in a community health centre where clinically appropriate.
We are working closely with GPs and Primary Care Trust Commissioning teams to deliver the highest possible care and to ensure that the local community’s needs are being met.
We understand that it is important to patients that they can choose where their GP refers them depending on what matters to them most for example, whether it’s location, waiting times, reputation, clinical performance, parking facilities or patients’ comments.
